No, and that is deliberate. Nothing in the app is scored, timed, levelled or ranked. There is no reason to come back tomorrow other than wanting to, and nothing is trying to keep you playing longer than you feel like.

It is a toy, not a treatment. Some people find that having something repetitive to do with their hands makes it easier to think, sit through a call, or stop fidgeting with something they'd rather leave alone — which is the same reason physical fidget toys sell. If you are dealing with anxiety that affects your daily life, talk to a doctor; an app is not a substitute for that.

Pop it and bubble wrap are the ones most people open first, because you already know exactly what they will feel like. If you want something quieter, try the breathing circle. If you want the opposite, smash a phone screen.
